APPLICATION – Assembly Lubricant
Assembly Lubricant is suitable for assembling racing engines, classic engines, and transmissions. It is used to pre-lubricate mechanical parts before the first start, ensuring immediate protection of critical components. This is especially important for components subject to high loads during break-in, such as camshafts and followers, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, gears and transmission parts, as well as timing components. This minimizes wear during the initial revolutions and ensures safe and controlled engine or transmission break-in.
Usage
Apply directly during installation of engine and transmission parts.
Product is immediately ready to use and does not need to be diluted.
During the first start it is completely absorbed into the engine oil.
Description
Millers Oils Assembly Lubricant is a high-performance assembly lubricant specifically developed for building racing motorcycles, classic engines, and transmissions. The formula consists of solvent-refined base oils combined with a high concentration of anti-wear additives, designed to protect critical components during the initial start-up and break-in phases.
This mounting oil leaves a protective film on all treated surfaces, so that vital parts such as camshafts, followers, bearings and drive components are immediately protected against wear.
Advantages
Provides optimum protection during the first start of newly built or reconditioned engines.
Adheres to parts during assembly and prevents dry friction.
Ideal for components that are heavily loaded immediately upon start-up.
Fully miscible with all engine oils – no risk of incompatibility.
Dissolves completely once the oil system is running → no additional oil changes required .
Increases reliability and service life of newly rebuilt engines.
