APPLICATION – Classic Multigrade 15W-40
Classic Multigrade 15W-40 is suitable for classic petrol and diesel engines in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (vans), particularly vehicles from the 1960s, 1970s, and early 1980s. The oil is intended for engines that require an SAE 15W-40 multigrade engine oil and is ideal for use in varying temperatures and seasons, thanks to its stable multigrade properties.
Description
Classic Multigrade 15W-40 is a high-quality mineral multigrade engine oil with SAE 15W-40 viscosity, specially developed for classic petrol and diesel engines. Thanks to carefully selected mineral base oils and a balanced additive package, this oil offers reliable protection without the adverse effects of modern highly detergent formulated engine oils.
The stable viscosity ensures reliable lubrication during cold starts and a strong oil film at higher operating temperatures, making this oil suitable for year-round use. Classic Multigrade 15W-40 does not cause the detachment of accumulated deposits and is fully compatible with classic gaskets and rubbers.
This oil is particularly suitable for classic vehicles from the 60s, 70s, and early 80s for which an SAE 15W-40 engine oil is prescribed.
Advantages
Classic Multigrade 15W-40 offers excellent lubrication for classic engines and provides strong protection against wear, even under varying operating conditions. The high and stable viscosity index makes the oil suitable for year-round use, while reliable corrosion protection contributes to a long service life of engine parts. The formulation prevents the detachment of sludge and deposits and has excellent anti-foaming properties, which guarantees stable lubrication. In addition, the oil is completely safe for classic seals and rubbers, preventing leaks.
