APPLICATION – Classic Preservation Oil 20W50
Classic Preservation Oil 20W50 is suitable for petrol and diesel engines of classic and vintage vehicles, as well as for engines and gearboxes that can use a 20W50 engine oil.
The oil is ideal for long-term storage, seasonal storage, or periods of minimal vehicle use. It also offers excellent protection in motorsports or industrial applications where increased rust resistance is required.
Classic Preservation Oil 20W50 can also be used in hypoid final drives for which engine oil is permitted, making it a versatile choice for a wide variety of classic drivetrains.
Instructions for use
- Heat the engine to thin the existing oil.
- Drain the old oil and replace the oil filter.
- Fill with Millers Classic Preservation Oil 20W50.
- Let the engine run for ± 15 minutes to fully distribute the oil.
Shelf life:
- Up to 3 years protection if circulated briefly every 6 months (run engine for 10–15 min).
- Can be used occasionally for up to 3000 km without risk.
- After storage: warm up the engine, drain the oil without replacing the filter, and top up with the correct Millers driving oil.

The oil is composed of refined mineral base oils with additional corrosion-inhibiting additives to protect internal engine and transmission parts from rust formation during storage.
This oil is ideal for vehicles driven seasonally, stored for extended periods, or used only occasionally. Its formulation provides long-lasting protection, even when the vehicle is idle for months.
