Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
The Oldtimer Factory ships orders within Belgium and to other countries within the European Union.
For shipments outside the EU, please contact us in advance at info@theoldtimerfactory.com.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with external shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address, weight, and volume of the order.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@theoldtimerfactory.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
Approved cases will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
Delays
The Oldtimer Factory cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
