APPLICATION – Preservative Monograde 30
Preservative Monograde 30 is recommended for classic petrol and diesel engines that are stored for extended periods, such as seasonal storage (winter storage) of classic cars, motorcycles, and boats. This oil is particularly suitable for engines that require extra protection against internal corrosion and can be temporarily used as engine oil during the storage period, allowing the engine to be started or moved briefly without risk.
Instructions for use:
Replace the used engine oil while the engine is at operating temperature and install a new oil filter. Then, let the engine idle for a few minutes so that all internal components are optimally protected by the preservative oil. After the storage period, Preservative Monograde 30 should be replaced with the recommended engine oil for normal use.
Description
Preservative Monograde 30 is a special mineral monograde engine oil with SAE 30 viscosity, developed for the long-term protection of classic internal combustion engines during storage or seasonal lay-up. This oil is ideal for winterizing classic cars, motorcycles, and pleasure boats.
The formulation consists of high-quality mineral base oils, carefully selected additives, and special vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors (VCI). This combination provides exceptional protection for all internal engine components against corrosion, even during prolonged periods of inactivity. In addition, the oil offers good wear protection and excellent resistance to oxidation and foaming.
Preservative Monograde 30 can also be temporarily used as a regular engine oil, allowing the vehicle or vessel to be safely moved during the storage period.
